2. Send your property photos and optional video.
3. They will prepare a flyer of your property and email it to you for your approval.
4. Once you approve, they send you one yard sign, two directional signs (optional), and a flyer for you to post at your property.
5. They will create a YouTube slideshow video of your property
6. They willl aggressively advertise your property on YouTube, Facebook, Craigslist and numerous other sites.  (Craigslist postings are a minimum of six times per week!)
7. We do the preliminary phone pre-screening of your calls.  At least 90% of our calls are answered or returned in 5 minutes.
8. They will notify you at once when they find a prospective tenant.
9. You set up a showing with the prospective tenant and take it from there.
10. They continue their marketing efforts for you until you are satisfied.
11. Finally, They do not get paid until you are satisfied!
