Advertising your rental property sure has changed in the past couple of years. Back then a sign in the yard and a classified ad in the local newspaper would do the trick. A sign in the yard can still be effective, but what were they thinking at the newspapers? Just when the Internet began to offer all sorts of advertising competition, they doubled or tripled their rates driving customers to look for alternatives, and boy did we find them.
In this article we list some of the Internet based residential rental property advertising sites. You can be sure that just as soon as we publish this some sites will disappear, change their name, or change their business model.
