Report Tenant Debts To
All Three Credit Bureaus
Quick!  Easy!  On-Line!

Florida Landlord Network makes it quick and easy to report former tenant bad debts to all three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian for just $16.95.

The credit bureaus require you to warn your former tenant in writing before they will add the debt to the credit report.  The notice must come from an attorney or collection agency.  Our affiliate collection agency will send a letter to your former tenant demanding immediate payment to avoid damage to their credit report.

The letter says they have 30 days to pay you directly.  That’s important because it means there is no fee from the collection agency.  If you get paid you keep it all.

Thirty days later the debt will automatically be added to your tenant's credit report at : Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, the three major credit bureaus.  Not only does this mean their credit score gets slammed, but landlords who pull their credit get the warning, plus, you get a decent chance of getting paid – now or someday in the distant future.

So, if you have former tenants who owe you money get tough and hopefully get paid.
