arrested for the second time in a one-month span Tuesday. Lynne Sisto, 33, has

Landlord accused of biased rent specials

housing-rights group is accusing a Columbus landlord of discrimination
for apparently soliciting members of a nearby church with rent specials. According to a complaint filed this week with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Northwest Property Management advertised "Xenos Specials" and had cut rates for members of the Xenos Christian Fellowship, which owns a worship center near Northwest's apartment building at 1991 N. Fourth St. "The main issue is, landlords need to understand they can't bring religion into their marketing or other operations," said Vincent Curry, executive director of the Fair Housing Advocates Association, the Akron group that made the complaint.
